Pinnacle Capital was established to bridge the gap between exceptional private market opportunities and the investors who should have access to them - but typically don't.
Who are we
We are a private market adviser focused on two interconnected areas: the secondary market for pre-IPO shares in world-class private companies, and early-stage venture investment through our Pinnacle Ventures syndicate.
Our work brings together a deep network of deal originators, secondary market intermediaries, and institutional contacts across the UK, Europe, North Amer the Middle East, and Australia - enabling us to source opportunities at scale and present them to a carefully selected group of investors.
Unlike traditional intermediaries who operate at arm's length, Pinnacle Capital takes an active, hands-on approach. We conduct our own analysis, prepare detailed investment materials, and remain involved through execution and beyond.
Our Approach
Private markets are opaque by design. Information is asymmetric, pricing is inconsistent, and access is gated by relationships that take years to build. We have spent that time building them.
For secondary transactions, we work with a global network of holders, intermediaries, and transfer agents to identify available supply in high-conviction names - at pricing that reflects genuine market dynamics. We provide investors with institutionally formatted analysis, including detailed investment memoranda, risk matrices, and valuation contextualisation.
For venture investments, we operate a deal-by-deal syndicate model - allowing investors to exercise independent judgement on each opportunity rather than committing to a blind pool. Every investment we bring to the syndicate is one we are invested in ourselves.
